Rehabilation and Its Position in Construction Industry

In this paper, after definition of "Rehabilation" and a four
other key .words , a brief explanation of different types of
rehabilation is presented and other related concepts are
defined as well.Maintenance as a concept to reduce
Rehabilation and to announce the need of Rehabilation is
discussed. The question: "if the rehabilation is a necessity
or an arbitrary action" is argued toward the answer that
rehabilation is required to prevent the destroying effect of
time and it is an art as old as human. It is shown that the
logic is supported by the concepts used in the new
generation of seismic design codes. Finally, a step by step
algorithm is developed and demonstrated.
