At the top of Mount Sabalan there
is a volcamic lake in a conical shape,
the bed of which is a one-piece rock
of volcanic crater at 4821 meters above
sea level. Its water temperature
depends on the weather temperature. This
lake is fed only bu snow. The chemical
composition of the lake water seemed
to originate from 1) the break up of
rocks 2) the bed constituents of the
lake 3) volcanic action
