Abstract

Quality assessment in an educational activity is the most important action for improving this process and its totally or partly renewed resumption. Quality assessment compares the existing and the desired situation. In the education system outcome, review the existing and desired situation is a turning point of quality assessment. Therefore it is necessary to describe outcome desired situation clearly and compare to analyze the existing situation. For describing desired outcome of engineering educational system, we must not only focus on the graduate’s information. But also with a comprehensive look must gain desirable features first as a human and second as a homo academic and third as a competent engineer. These important features are three surfaces of desired engineering facultie’s graduates, so that can be evaluated as an ideal engineer. The main message of this model is that evaluate the engineer’s competency without focus on lower and infrastructure levels are incomplete and useless. Based on the above mentioned model, there is a survey research evaluating the correlation between three levels. The results of the research demonstrate that there is a high confidence, significant and positive correlation between nearby level.
